New Business Account Manager

Through consultative selling, pipeline management, and coordination with internal teams, the manager works toward sales goals and transitions accounts to the Account Manager team after growth is established.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• engage new customers and lower-spend existing accounts
• meet or exceed sales goals
• present packaging solutions consultatively
• manage selected accounts until growth is established and hand them off to the Account Manager team
• prepare proposals, agreements, and presentations
• maintain lead pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records
• coordinate with internal teams and finance on account setup.
