• Provide interim administrator leadership at skilled nursing communities throughout Minnesota
• stabilize facility operations
• oversee daily operations and resident care and service
• ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• partner with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• assess systems, processes, staffing, and performance and implement improvements
• develop department leaders
• monitor operational and financial metrics
• support census development and community growth
• communicate with stakeholders and leadership.
