What you'll do

• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing
• draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements and transactional documents
• manage commercial loan documentation and closings
• advise clients on real estate transactions and business legal matters
• assist with workouts and debtor-creditor matters when applicable
• conduct legal research and assess transactional risks
• collaborate with attorneys while managing responsibilities independently
• build client relationships through responsive communication.
