What you'll do

• Lead filling and lyophilization equipment engineering for major capital projects from conceptual design through commissioning, qualification, and validation
• drive technical transfers of API and drug product programs
• author user requirement specifications, select vendors, estimate capital costs, and lead factory and site acceptance testing
• mentor site engineering teams and promote technical standards
• troubleshoot equipment deviations and support OEE, cycle-time, and cost improvements
• oversee engineering firms, equipment vendors, and field contractors
• ensure designs comply with cGMP, EU Annex 1, FDA guidance, and global standards. Travel up to 40%, including international travel.
