What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide menus

• take and enter food and beverage orders
• relay orders to kitchen or bar staff
• deliver food and beverages
• check on guests and address concerns
• maintain and reset the dining area
• process payments
• participate in food and beverage training
• monitor guest consumption for responsible alcohol service
• collaborate with team members and handle complaints calmly.
