Defense Travel Coordinator

The Defense Travel Coordinator is an onsite role based in Quantico, VA. This position supports MANTECH and the USMC team in managing travel logistics. This role exists to coordinate and prepare travel and reimbursements for military and government personnel using the Defense Travel System (DTS). The coordinator ensures compliance with regulations and provides training to personnel.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and prepare travel and reimbursements using DTS.
• Remain current with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
• Keep accurate records of travel logistics.
• Assist travelers with logistics, reimbursements, and security requirements.
• Perform training for personnel.
• Brief leadership on the status of personnel on travel.
