What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets
• respond to phone and email inquiries
• verify applicant identity and collect required documentation and biometric data
• check documents for authenticity and completeness
• protect sensitive information
• explain enrollment steps and address concerns
• maintain applicant records and tracking spreadsheets
• attend local hiring events three to four times monthly as business needs vary.
