What you'll do

• Assist with supervising and training the leasing team and maintaining Fair Housing compliance.
• Review lease applications and files, maintain accurate Entrata data, monitor lease approvals and renewals, manage marketing calendars and market surveys, track leasing activity, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, support community events, review invoices, oversee social media and communications, and step into the Community Manager role when needed.
