Child Watch Attendant

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate age-appropriate activities and events
• supervise participants and support their safety
• communicate with children, parents, members, and coworkers
• follow YMCA policies and emergency procedures
• perform general housekeeping
• assist with daily schedules and curriculum
• support other departments as needed
• open and close the Child Watch Center
• contact parents when children are upset or need diaper changes.
