What you'll do

• Understand sanitation and pest control programs
• maintain formal SSOPs for equipment cleaning
• complete logging, swabbing, and testing
• follow sanitation and safety protocols
• use safety equipment and cleaning tools
• comply with applicable regulations
• titrate chemicals
• inspect equipment after cleaning and direct re-cleaning when needed
• complete post-cleaning checklists.
