What you'll do

• Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care (prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, SRP, etc.).
• Collaborate with a dental assistant to optimize schedule, manage sterilization, and support patient care.
• Partner with dentists for hygiene exams and treatment plan recommendations.
• Proactively drive hygiene production by maximizing chair time and recommending preventive care.
• Maintain strong patient relationships through communication and education.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.

What we're looking for

Education

Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program

Experience

Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program. Current, active hygiene license in MA. Current Anesthesia/Nitrous license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Comfort with digital charting and technology-driven care.
