What you'll do

• Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• supervise and engage children in educational play, arts and crafts, and structured learning
• maintain a safe, clean, nurturing classroom
• assist with meals, nap time, and transitions
• observe and document development and behavior
• communicate with parents and guardians
• follow childcare licensing and safety standards.
