The Before and After School Group Leader Assistant role is onsite at Accokeek Elementary School in Accokeek, MD. Pay is $15 per hour. The role supports AlphaBEST Education’s before- and after-school programs, which provide enrichment in a fun and safe environment. The assistant helps deliver daily activities and maintain a supportive, organized setting for children. By prioritizing safety, encouraging positive peer interactions, and building relationships with children, families, teammates, and school staff, the role contributes to students’ learning and well-being beyond the school day.

• Assist with daily curriculum activities in World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts
