The specialist develops job opportunities and provides employment readiness, placement, coaching, follow-up, and case-management support. The role helps participants pursue and maintain employment while coordinating with referral sources, employers, and community services.

What you'll do

• Provide employment readiness training, assessment, job development, placement, coaching, and follow-up for referred individuals
• serve as a facility consultant on participant employment readiness
• provide information about current employer needs
• provide job coaching as directed by referral sources
• assist with case management and social-service referrals as needed
• maintain required reports and records
• complete professional development training.
