Drill Lead — Geotechnical Drilling

What you'll do

• Coordinate onsite drilling operations and provide work direction to drill operators and assistants
• ensure work follows project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
• guide staff and monitor performance
• oversee equipment setup, calibration, and operation
• check sample collection and field documentation
• document boring locations, elevations, and geologic observations
• maintain safety and PPE standards
• monitor regulatory and environmental requirements
• coordinate supplies and equipment maintenance
• prepare field logs and reports
• mentor team members.
