What you'll do

• Provide skilled in-home nursing care to pediatric patients according to physician-ordered care plans
• assess patients, monitor progress, and document findings
• administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• educate patients and families
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, and care team members
• respond to changes in patient condition and adjust care plans
• maintain timely clinical documentation.
