What you'll do

• Maintain operational documentation, reports, licenses, procedures, and order requirements
• communicate expectations and coach, train, and develop staff
• monitor workflow, process controls, equipment, personnel, and resources
• schedule and assign personnel and monitor production plans
• maintain quality standards
• coordinate equipment repairs and evaluate equipment and techniques
• compile and analyze production performance data
• revise systems and procedures
• maintain a safe and clean work environment
• investigate personnel issues and recommend solutions.

Why this role
