What you'll do

• Direct and control daily operations to meet school standards
• coach and lead staff
• support leadership development and employee satisfaction
• oversee sales, service, aquatics accountability, and training
• oversee reports and pre-monthly billing reports
• manage opening and closing processes
• oversee inventory and provide direction in retail and vending
• teach lessons or supervise the deck at least once a week
• learn the curriculum, aquatics systems, and pool operations
• oversee implementation of the Emergency Action Plan and safety procedures
• maintain current certifications.
