The Early Childhood Teacher is an onsite, part-time role in Missoula, MT, scheduled Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, extending to 6:30 PM during peak season. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, with higher starting wages available for qualified candidates with required certifications and relevant experience. The role supports Bretz RV & Marine’s onsite childcare center for employees’ children. The teacher provides attentive care and age-appropriate learning experiences that support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth. The role also partners with families and fellow educators to maintain a safe, nurturing classroom and prepare children for school readiness.

What you'll do

• Care for infants and young children
• follow daily routines
• assist with feeding, diapering, and hygiene
• maintain a safe, clean classroom
• encourage age-appropriate learning and social development through activities
• observe progress and communicate with parents and leadership
• monitor health and behavioral concerns
• assist with lesson preparation
• and support classroom organization and sanitation.
