What you'll do

• Complete routine work orders within service times
• inspect apartments and common areas and correct hazards
• perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and life-safety devices
• diagnose and repair failures
• coordinate vendors and parts
• document work
• explain repairs to residents and protect their belongings.
