What you'll do

• Take and defend depositions
• draft and argue motions in California state and federal court
• draft complaints, demand letters, and discovery
• prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
• develop case strategy with experts
• review medical records
• attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• communicate with clients and the team.
