What you'll do

• Own team new-business quota, pipeline coverage, and forecasting
• coach live calls, demos, qualification, negotiation, and closing
• develop repeatable sales skills and playbooks
• set prospecting standards and partner with SDRs and marketing
• use CRM data, call recordings, and conversion metrics to diagnose and improve performance
• recruit, interview, and onboard sellers
• maintain accurate CRM data
• coordinate with marketing, product, customer experience, and implementation teams.
