HVAC Project Manager / Estimator

The HVAC Project Manager / Estimator role is onsite in Manhattan, MT. Compensation is $95,000–$115,000 per year. The position supports Manhattan Plumbing & Heating’s plumbing, heating, and HVAC departments, including new residential and commercial construction projects. The role manages project execution and estimating from initial scope through closeout, helping deliver projects on schedule and within budget while securing new business. It coordinates field teams, stakeholders, documentation, procurement, bids, pricing, and safety activities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate project execution with department managers
• serve as a contact for internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• conduct site walks and surveys
• support safety training and incident reporting
• develop schedules and monitor costs
• manage project documentation, change orders, submittals, procurement, permits, estimates, bids, client negotiations, and project handoffs.

Why this role
