It exists to ensure smooth daily operations by managing orders, inventory, and administrative tasks, thereby supporting the crews and contractors building our communities.

What you'll do

• Serve walk-in customers
• manage incoming calls
• enter and update sales and rental orders
• monitor open orders for fulfillment
• perform weekly cycle counts
• coordinate inventory transfers
• process vendor invoices
• reconcile petty cash
• troubleshoot customer or internal issues.
