Restoration Supervisor

The Restoration Supervisor role is onsite in Boca Raton, FL. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. What you'll do

• Coordinate and perform scheduled production processes and ensure quality control

• manage labor and consumable usage
• communicate project progress and issues to project managers and office staff
• follow OSHA safety guidelines
• protect equipment and materials
• coach and train technicians.

Why this role

Requires a valid driver’s license and at least one year of cleaning, restoration, or construction experience. High school diploma or GED is preferred; IICRC certification is a plus but not required. Physical work includes lifting at least 50 pounds regularly and working at heights or in tight spaces.
