What you'll do

• Operate asphalt paving machines and related equipment on commercial and residential sites
• lay and spread asphalt mixtures to specified grades and dimensions
• inspect and perform routine maintenance on equipment
• coordinate with crew members and site supervisors
• follow safety protocols and maintain an organized work site
• assist with grading and base compaction as needed.
