What you'll do

• Plan and execute canvassing and phonebanking events
• reach weekly voter contact goals
• recruit volunteers through direct outreach
• develop volunteer leaders who can recruit and host events
• work with county party structures
• track and report voter contacts, volunteer recruitment, and event outcomes
• identify performance gaps and propose solutions.
