What you'll do

• Own seller conversations from first contact through signed contract
• manage a pipeline of 30 to 50 active opportunities
• handle pricing, offer structure, and negotiations directly with property owners
• pursue conventional residential and redevelopment site acquisition quotas
• follow up on opportunities with 60-to-120-day cycles
• maintain CRM records and weekly numbers
• conduct fieldwork and owner meetings as needed.
