• design and adjust carrier networks
• build and develop the team
• lead cross-functional initiatives
• negotiate carrier contracts
• guide rate-shopping, auditing, and reconciliation tools
• manage carrier relationships and escalations
• audit invoices and performance
• analyze process improvements
• apply cost-reduction methods such as zone skipping and pre-sorting
• shape customer delivery offerings.
