What you'll do

• Manage Innovation Lab requests from intake through close-out
• conduct consultations and discovery sessions
• gather business and technical requirements
• partner with lab engineers to assess viability and coordinate onboarding and delivery
• track approvals and request lifecycle
• monitor provisioning and support tickets
• maintain documentation in Confluence and approved tools
• support enhancements, testing, releases, reporting, and process improvement.
