The manager oversees full-cycle accounting across a portfolio of multifamily properties and entities, supporting accurate financial reporting and operational decision-making. The role also manages accounting staff, strengthens procedures and controls, and works with property managers and operational leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for multifamily properties
• manage month-end and year-end close
• review general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash activity
• prepare and review property financial statements
• support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• manage and mentor accounting staff
• improve procedures, controls, and reporting
• assist with audits, tax preparation, and other accounting projects.

Why this role
