Registered Nurse (RN) — Mental Health

The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Escondido, CA, with field-based services as required by program and client needs. Compensation is $50 per hour. TURN’s mission is improving lives through client-centered care. The RN provides nursing oversight and direct client care, including physical health monitoring, medication support, and response to medical emergencies. The role also supports treatment plans, nursing procedures, and coordination with the treatment team and program psychiatrist.

What you'll do

• Provide injections, medication support, diagnostic reviews, case consultation, crisis intervention, and targeted case management
• document services
• collaborate on medication coaching and delivery
• dispense and account for prescribed medication
• arrange lab work according to protocol
• oversee nursing policies, procedures, and audits
• provide field-based services as required
• participate in scheduled meetings
• provide shift coverage as part of the on-call team.

Why this role
