The Aircraft Technician role is onsite in El Paso, TX, with compensation of $35–$40 per hour. The position supports maintenance of a growing fleet of Learjets and Vision Jets for a client in the luxury air travel and charter service industry. This technician helps keep aircraft safe and operational by performing inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs under manufacturer manuals and FAA-approved data. The role also supports regulatory compliance, maintenance coordination, and safe hangar and ramp operations.
What you'll do
- Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer manuals and FAA-approved data
- comply with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures
- interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and electrical drawings
- move aircraft using tow tractors
- maintain a clean and safe work area
- participate in weekly maintenance meetings and provide project updates to the Director of Maintenance.

Why this role
Requires an FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings and at least six years of experience under 14 CFR Part 65.83. Learjet and Pratt & Whitney PW305A experience are preferred.
