Wellness Coordinator (Licensed Practical Nurse Required)

The Wellness Coordinator (Licensed Practical Nurse Required) is an onsite role in Marion, IN, paying $24–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Coordinate health services and face-to-face contacts
• collaborate with the health office team to support medical treatment and maintain current, compliant records
• educate and train staff and individuals on health and safety
• implement contagious-disease policies
• participate in individual program plan and team meetings
• coordinate wellness initiatives for eligible individuals
• monitor regulations
• support administrators with health and safety policies
• promote agency-wide safety and preventive maintenance.
