What you'll do

• Manage assigned programs and serve as the primary customer interface
• ensure compliance with statements of work and contractual requirements
• manage schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and costs
• support proposals with schedule, cost, resource, and risk projections
• lead program meetings and status reporting
• coordinate with production, operations, engineering, and repair station teams
• track forecasts and program performance
• coordinate regulatory compliance for customer release-to-service deliverables
• conduct lessons-learned meetings.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and technical experience, plus 5–8 years of aviation maintenance, planning, modification, or on-aircraft engineering experience. Extended hours or travel may be required as dictated by program requirements. PMP certification is strongly preferred.
