What you'll do

• Develop and execute an agency business plan
• generate business through leads, referrals, networking, and local marketing
• build customer and referral-partner relationships
• recruit, train, coach, and lead a sales team
• set sales goals and manage performance
• develop retention and referral strategies
• use CRM, lead-generation, automation, and AI tools
• manage agency operations and financial performance
• participate in Farmers training and District Office development.
