Maintenance Technician — Apartment Community

What you'll do

• Complete service requests and apartment make-readies
• collaborate with team members and share knowledge
• provide customer service to residents
• manage time and communicate throughout the day
• anticipate potential resident maintenance needs
• apply hands-on apartment maintenance skills including HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair, and electrical work.
