Inventory Control Associate, Swing Shift

The Inventory Control Associate, Swing Shift role is onsite in Beaverton, OR. Compensation is not specified. The associate works with the team coordinator and department supervisor to maintain inventory and supply materials to Vanguard EMS’s manufacturing floor. The role supports production by receiving, organizing, verifying, and moving materials, while coordinating with Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality when discrepancies arise. It also provides cross-trained support to stockroom, cycle counting, and shipping activities as needed.

What you'll do

• Pick material kits for manufacturing
• remove packaging from received materials and put materials away
• verify paperwork and packaging and print labels
• receive materials in the system
• move materials to inspection or stock areas
• work with Purchasing, Engineering, or Quality to resolve discrepancies
• cross-train and assist in stockroom, cycle counting, and shipping support.
