What you'll do

• Develop new and existing carrier relationships through prospecting, referrals, and lead generation
• support customer growth by participating in demos and contributing to RFPs
• identify opportunities to improve service offerings and sales cadence
• maintain carrier engagement, performance, and capacity
• use the technology platform to optimize workflows
• and partner with Operations and Afterhours to resolve service issues.
