• use project management software such as Teamwork to assign tasks and monitor progress
• communicate timelines and deliverables
• prepare updates and meeting notes
• track deadlines
• escalate risks and blockers
• monitor project hours, budgets, and resource allocation
• maintain project documentation
• coordinate across departments and support continuous improvement.
