Inpatient Physical Therapist (Adult)

Provides direct PT evaluations and re-evaluations, setting appropriate goals and making discharge recommendations. Implements direct PT treatments, including patient and family education. Utilizes appropriate documentation forms and collaborates with the healthcare team. Supervises PTAs and rehabilitation technicians.
