What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries
• prepare quotes and communicate service updates
• generate repair orders and conduct yard audits
• coordinate between service management and technicians
• research, procure, and allocate parts
• support fabrication material staging
• manage technician timekeeping and daily KPIs
• prepare invoices and maintain job files, correspondence, and approvals.
