What you'll do

• Market and lease apartments
• pre-lease units and maintain a waitlist
• serve residents
• collect and deposit rent, fees, and deposits using Yardi
• screen prospective residents
• oversee vacant-unit preparation and renovations
• enter property records in Yardi Voyager
• communicate status and strategies to the Regional Manager
• maintain unit files
• negotiate service contracts
• manage maintenance staff and vendors
• perform necessary maintenance and ordinary repairs
• oversee cleaning
• manage expenditures within budget
• respond to resident requests and complaints
• enforce property rules.
