What you'll do

• Manage plaintiff-side employment matters
• investigate facts and evaluate evidence
• develop case strategy and conduct legal research
• draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs
• take and defend depositions
• represent clients in proceedings
• negotiate settlements
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with attorneys and support staff
• maintain case files and meet deadlines
• attend in-person proceedings throughout Kentucky as needed.
