What you'll do

• Coordinate regional safety accountability with regional and area leaders

• document inspections and recommend corrective procedures
• develop continuous-improvement plans
• assist with incident reviews
• identify training needs and coordinate training
• investigate vehicle incidents
• analyze agency reports and risk assessments
• monitor Department of Transportation compliance
• maintain company policies
• advise on facility and work-procedure design
• track regulatory changes
• mentor and coach employees and managers
• manage assigned projects.
