What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus, prescribed diet plans, portion standards, and facility procedures
• assist with cleaning and sanitation
• distribute menus and verify meal trays
• store food and supplies safely
• follow sanitation, safety, infection-control, and residents’ rights requirements
• assist the Dietary Manager with Dietary Aide supervision, diet changes, menu review, coordination, inventory, training, and staff orientation.
