The Accounts Payable, Carrier Pay and Settlements Manager role is onsite in Tampa, FL. The listed base salary range is $75,000–$100,000 per year. The role establishes controls to ensure accurate, fraud-resistant payments, leads an offshore AP team, manages settlement systems and claims, and partners with the Controller to improve month-end close.

What you'll do

• Own vendor and carrier master data, bank-change verification, and payment-batch approvals
• run carrier settlements through TriumphPay and driver and owner-operator settlements in McLeod
• manage corporate AP, fuel and corporate card programs, and 1099 compliance
• track and recover carrier claims
• lead and scorecard a three-person offshore AP team.

Why this role
