Associate Dentist

The Associate Dentist role is onsite in Oxford, OH, with compensation of $200,000–$300,000 per year. The position is with a community-focused dental practice partnered with The Staff Pad and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The dentist provides general and restorative care while helping expand practice hours and patient production. The role supports continuity of care from diagnosis through treatment, builds patient relationships, and collaborates with the dental team; new graduates and experienced dentists are welcome.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive general and restorative dental care
• perform crowns, bridges, dentures, and prosthetic removals
• provide denture-related services and treatment
• build patient relationships
• communicate treatment plans and recommendations
• support increased practice hours and patient production
• collaborate with the dental team
• refer appropriate cases for extractions, implants, and Invisalign
• participate in training and mentorship as needed.
