Sterile Fill Technician

The Sterile Fill Technician works onsite in Beachwood, Ohio. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. The role supports pharmacy services at Lee Silsby Compounding Pharmacy. Under pharmacist supervision, the technician helps fulfill pharmaceutical preparations and supports safe, accurate medication processing. The work includes prescription processing, preparation and dispensing support, inventory tasks, and cleaning and sterilizing equipment and glassware.

What you'll do

• Process medication orders or prescriptions
• support pharmacists with batch preparations
• fill bottles with prescribed tablets and capsules
• assist with preparing and dispensing medication
• use appropriate storage, preparation, and dispensing techniques
• follow medication preparation, labeling, and controlled-substance reconciliation policies
• support purchasing
• maintain pharmacy cleanliness and stock
• receive, store, and count supplies and update inventory records
• clean equipment and sterilize glassware.
