Paramedic (Days and Nights)

The Paramedic role is onsite in Harrisonburg, VA, with compensation of $30–$35 per hour. The position supports Priority Patient Transport’s 24/7 emergency and non-emergency medical response operation. What you'll do

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical calls
• assess patients and provide advanced life support within authorized scope
• perform stabilization, cardiac monitoring, airway management, medication administration, and IV/IO access
• determine treatment and transport needs
• transport and reassess patients
• communicate with dispatch, facilities, medical control, patients, and families
• complete electronic patient-care reports
• maintain confidentiality
• inspect and restock ambulances
• follow protocols and operate emergency vehicles safely.

Why this role
